Located in SE Portland along the Max line, the Bria Apartments consist of 116 garden style affordable housing units in five buildings. The project is funded by LIFT and tax credits. Beaudin Construction broke ground in June of 2021 with an anticipated 13 month completion schedule. We are excited to be working with repeat clients on another successful and meaningful project.
