Premium Services

As an enhancement to our General Contracting Services, we offer a full line of premium services such as Design-Build project delivery, Strategic Development Partnerships and other Consulting Services. These options generally begin during the early conceptual phase with either Pre-Development or Pre-Construction Consulting. Depending on our level of participation, we may oversee an RFP process for selecting the project design team. If we are partnering as a co-developer, we may weigh in on the selection of real estate professionals and lenders.

Design-Build

Advantages of Design-Build include: (1) the Contractor’s insight to match consultants and designers to project specific needs, (2) extensive pre-construction planning and fine tuning to ensure a cost efficient and smooth build out, (3) project budgeting and cost control from the onset in lieu of after you’ve spent tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars designing an over budget building.  As your Design-Build Contractor, we are in your corner providing guidance, budgeting and value engineering each step of the way.

Strategic Development Partnerships

Our services extend beyond building and consulting to include full scale development and investment partnerships.  We are open to equity opportunities on your development projects and we are actively pursuing investor partners for income property developments we organize.  Our ‘cradle to grave’ and ‘owner’s mentality’ views are just two of many mind frames that set us apart from typical fee contractors.  Let’s think outside the box and create something amazing.
