Caleb Beaudin

Caleb Beaudin, President

Caleb oversees operations, estimating, consulting, client relations and development.  Caleb founded Beaudin Design and Construction back in the early 2000’s and has since managed over 1000 unique projects.  Caleb majored in Physics at the University of Montana and also studied Media Arts and Engineering.  During the recession, Caleb managed three offices for a property damage restoration company where he worked with insurance companies to restore properties damaged by perils such as fire, flood and wind.  He has been retained as an Expert Witness on many construction dispute cases, providing professional opinions, consulting services and court testimony.  You can request his full CV if you are interested in Expert Services.  Caleb dabbles is building design and assists our partner developers and architects in achieving smart, functional and beautiful buildings.  Caleb co-founded a sustainable building oriented non-profit and has built several ‘green’ homes.  Caleb’s favorite architecture is high end contemporary with a rustic flair.  This style can be seen in the Beach House he designed and built in 2017.  Caleb’s projects include all type of commercial and multifamily new construction and renovations up to $20M.  He also has built high end contemporary and sustainable homes.  Caleb holds a patent on a high efficiency structural building panel, which is under further development for release to market.  When he’s not working, Caleb enjoys his family, ocean fishing, travel, scuba, and the great outdoors.
Cindi Vick Beaudin

Cindi Vick Beaudin, Office Manager

Cindi manages the office, overseeing administration and some accounting functions.  Outside of work, Cindi’s true passions include gardening, permaculture, painting, ceramics, interior design and hiking.  Cindi studied art at the University of Montana.  She and Caleb have three wonderful children and reside in a peaceful West Linn neighborhood.

Jim Koh

James Koh, Senior Project Manager

James has been managing construction projects for several decades and has a wide range of project experience.  At Beaudin Construction, James oversees projects from start to finish, managing construction and working directly with our client partners and design professionals.  James keeps close tabs on project budgets and schedules.  He works closely with site superintendents during the course of construction to ensure a smooth fulfillment of each project. James works closely with our subcontractors and also assists with pre-construction estimating efforts. James came up through the field ranks starting out as a framer and then advancing through the progression of lead foreman, general contractor and a land developer. James also worked in the restoration industry as an estimator helping those who experienced damages to their homes and commercial properties before returning to conventional construction where he has been overseeing large commercial and multi-family projects for the past several years.  James commercial projects include new construction multi-family, commercial and office tenant improvement, seismic upgrades and creative office facilities. When not working, James enjoys time with his family, golf, hiking, camping and enjoying the outdoors.

Dan Gronsdahl
Dan Gronsdahl, Superintendent
Dan works as a Project Superintendent overseeing the day to day progress on Beaudin Construction’s current projects. Dan was brought up in a family of very hands on hard working men that were all raised to know how to fix and build for themselves.  Dan’s first big under taking was building his parents’ home back in 1999 with his brothers and father. Since then Dan has been doing carpentry consistently, but near 2010 he decided to do it full time. Dan moved into project management and, similar to James and Caleb, worked in the restoration industry during the great recession. At any given time, Dan was in charge of up to 30 unique projects at varying stages of construction.  While working within the restoration industry, Dan had the unique opportunity of redeveloping that company’s reconstruction division. Dan oversaw and trained other project managers while also running large projects. Dan joined the Beaudin Construction Team where he has been able to work on larger projects and continuing to learn and grow. In his free time he enjoys camping with his family, kayaking, working on projects with his father or brothers, and traveling.
