Beaudin Construction is highly diverse in the projects we undertake and highly flexible with regard to our client’s needs. We are particular regarding our client partnerships and construction delivery methods. We’ve found our projects are most successful when we are negotiated into a project very early, sometimes even before the design team is selected or while land transactions are still pending. We realize the development, construction and real estate industries are often challenging and stressful. In addition to furthering our partner client’s business endeavors, our secondary mission is to make the experience enjoyable and to reduce stress for all involved during the process. To achieve such a result requires exemplary communication, thorough planning and unparalleled follow through.

Unlike many builders who take on every project that comes across their desk, we are selective and limit the number of projects we take on each year in order to continue our tradition of exceptional service and to foster long-term repeat client relations. In 2018, we broke ground on the 4th consecutive project for a particular client partner who has come to understand that Beaudin Construction keeps their client’s interests at the forefront of our decision making process. This symbiotic relationship to be requires trust. We’ve been fortunate to find several staple clients who share similar views and appreciate this collaborative approach. We are always looking to add new clients of a similar mindset.
In addition to building, our services now extend to full service development and investment partnerships. We are open to considering equity opportunities and investor sponsored income property developments. Our Affiliates
Beaudin Construction also has extensive experience with insurance related property damage restoration and providing expert witness consulting for clients through our affiliate Advise & Consult, Inc. Through our company, Constructive Consultants, we also provide Pre-Construction Consulting, Estimating, and Design Efficiency Consultation Services. Additionally, we are in the process of establishing our Panel Company and looking at founding a non-profit focused on efficient use of technologies for housing projects.
