Founded in Missoula, Montana by Caleb Beaudin in 2001, Beaudin Design & Construction started as a high-end finish carpentry company. Clients quickly noticed the level of detail and attention they received and with their support the company quickly developed into a full scale residential and commercial general contractor. Beaudin Construction has built and consulted on many large commercial, multifamily, and high end residential projects. These include a $20M assisted living facility, a $10M Hilton Hotel, a 300-unit apartment complex, a 5-building student housing development and a panelized, luxury, green-built residence to name a few.
Beaudin Construction now operates throughout both Oregon and Washington. We still provide turnkey design-build services for our partner clients, however we also partner with key architects, engineers and other consultants to match skill sets to the specific needs of your project. Our recent staple projects have been ground up apartment buildings and commercial build outs. We also build high-end residential new construction, especially when there is opportunity for our clean contemporary architecture and integration of advanced building technologies.
